Richard Koffler, M.D.

Richard Koffler, M.D.

Richard Koffler is a board-certified physiatrist specializing in physical medicine and rehabilitation. Dr. Koffler fulfilled his internship in internal medicine at Roosevelt Hospital and received his physical medicine and rehabilitation training from the Rusk Institute at NYU Medical Center. Dr. Koffler is a recognized leader in his field and is currently the medical director at three Manhattan-based health clinics. Dr. Koffler is also a certified Acupuncturist.

As of 2017, Dr. Koffler is seeing qualified patients for the NY State medical marijuana program.

Jason M. Feinstein, D.C.

Jason M. Feinstein received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, graduating with honors. He then joined Prescriptive Health Associates, where he quickly rose from Associate to Director of Chiropractic. Dr. Feinstein draws from his own personal experience with lower back pain to connect with his patients, understand their needs and help them feel at ease with treatments. Dr. J, as his patients refer to him, gets to know his patients individually and takes great pride in ensuring they have positive experiences and results with each and every office visit.

Dr. Feinstein is a pain management specialist, certified in Cox Flexion Distraction and is licensed in the states of NY and CT. His unique approach and expertise has garnered him the patronage of many high profile clients, celebrities and professional athletes. He also works closely with MLS and MLB and has extensive knowledge of sports related injuries. A recognized leader in his profession, Dr. Feinstein regularly instructs other doctors on integrated pain management approaches and serves as a mentor to new graduates in the chiropractic field.

Scott A. Mark received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Life University and his bachelor's degree in Business Finance from the University of Maryland. Dr. Mark has owned and operated six successful clinics in the tri-state area, regularly consults for other doctors and lectures to the medical community and private citizens on the benefits of chiropractic and rehabilitative care.

Dr. Mark specializes in several chiropractic techniques that are geared to reduce pain and promote function. As an avid runner, he has competed in numerous marathons and not only has the clinical skills but the experience to understand the stress we put on our bodies.

Larry Politis, D.C.

Larry Politis received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from New York Chiropractic College, graduating Cum Laude. Soon after, he began as an Associate Chiropractor at Axon Health Associates where he worked alongside physical therapists and a board certified physiatrist.

Dr. Politis practices rehabilitative exercises, soft tissue manipulation, diversified chiropractic manipulation and physiotherapeutic modalities like ultrasound and electric stimulation to care for his patients. He is an expert in sports related injuries and pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation. Certified in ART, Dr. Politis utilizes Active Release Technique to treat many of his patients.

Dr. Politis is currently the Clinic Director at the William Street location of Axon Health Associates.

Dr. Cueto graduated from New York Chiropractic College with a Doctorate degree in Chiropractic in 2008 earning top honors in Diagnostic Imaging, Adjusting Technique for the Spine and Extremities, Service, Education as well as the Student of the Year in 2007.

Dr. Cueto Specifically practices the Gonstead System of Chiropractic adjusting to address any spinal and extremity dysfunctions as well as the FAKTR and ConnecTX Therapy techniques to address soft tissue and muscular conditions. He also specializes in specific Corrective and Rehabilitative Exercises.

He received his Board Certification as a Chiropractic Sports Physician from the American Board of Chiropractic Sports Physicians in 2011 that specializes in treating athletes and sports injuries.

Dr. Cueto is also IPCA Certified for the Webster Technique, which is used to treat pregnant women and can reduce complications during labor.

Thomas Kearn, D.C.

Dr. Thomas Kearn graduated from West Virginia University in 2010 with a B.S. in Exercise Physiology and an Area of Emphasis in Aquatic Therapy.  He continued his education at New York Chiropractic College, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. During his studies, he completed a prestigious internship at South Shore Neurologic Associates in the Chronic Pain Division, where he focused on high complexity cases featuring a multitude of neurologic conditions and chronic pain patients.  

In 2014, Dr. Kearn joined Axon Health Associates, where he continues to service NYC’s downtown community as well as Long Island patients. As a former athlete, Dr. Kearn fosters an interest in sports injuries and performance, which motivated him to obtain a sports medicine certification in order to better work with a wide range of athletes.

Dr. Kearn prides himself on his diagnostic accuracy and his ability to identify the cause of a patient’s symptoms; these skills allow for a more efficient treatment and better short and long-term outcomes for each patient. In his spare time, Dr. Kearn enjoys working out and playing ice hockey, beach volleyball and golf.

Yu-King Wong, D.C.

Dr. Yu-King Wong graduated from the University of Bridgeport College of Chiropractic with Cum Laude Honors. During his time at UBCC he was selected to participate in two outpatient clinical rotations for Park City Primary Care Center and Chase Wellness Center in Bridgeport, Connecticut. His success during his collegiate years awarded Dr. Wong the opportunity to participate in an offsite rotation at Herald Square Chiropractic & Sport prior to graduation.

Dr. Wong practices a diversified technique of chiropractic and has been trained to perform full spine and extremity adjustments. He also has been trained in various soft tissue techniques, such as Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehab (FAKTR) to treat soft tissue and muscular disorders. In addition, Dr. Wong has been certified in Functional Taping for Muscular Injuries (FTMI) and has received advanced training in gait-analysis and lower extremity biomechanics with SoleSupports.

Dr. Daniel Huang graduated from University at Buffalo with a B.S. in exercise science. He then attended New York Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2015. Dr. Huang's approach to patient care consists of spinal and extremity rehabilitation, and ergonomic assessment. Dr. Huang screens his patients for muscular imbalances in order to identify problem areas and to prevent future injury.
 
As a former athlete, Dr. Huang understands the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and has dedicated himself to helping injured athletes recover and return to their sport.  Some of the therapy techniques he uses include: RockTape Kinesiotaping, ConnecTx Instrument Therapy, Webster Technique and Trigger Point Therapy. 
 
In his free time, Dr. Huang plays competitive volleyball and runs in long distance races throughout New York City. Dr. Huang recognizes the importance of giving back to the local community and he enjoys volunteering his time to various non-profit organizations.

Terence McDevitt received his physical therapy degree from Hogeschool Van Amsterdam in the Netherlands. He is a NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and has been with the Wall Street location of Axon Health Associates since 1999.

Yashodhara is a licensed Physical Therapist at the 42nd Street location. She completed her Bachelor in Physical Therapy from KIMS University,India (2011), and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Loma Linda University, California (2014), with a concentration in musculoskeletal disorders and related physical therapy.

Yashodhara specializes in treating orthopedic and sports injuries, as well as overuse injuries and post-surgical rehabilitation. Her approach to patient care is to start with a thorough evaluation and then build a patient-specific treatment plan, which integrates each patient's individual goals. Intervention includes manual therapy, neuro-reeducation, therapeutic exercise, modalities and a home exercise program.

Louis Ottino received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. He began his career in Florida where he treated a wide range of patients and conditions. Dr. Ottino is certified in Flexion-Distraction as well as Graston Technique. His ability to treat patients using different techniques allows him to create a custom rehabilitation plan that is most appropriate for each individual patient. He is a member of the American Chiropractic Association, New York State Chiropractic Association and Florida Chiropractic Association.

Ailin Kojima is a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) who earned her master's degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York. Her post-graduate training includes both classical methods and modern techniques. She has practiced in a variety of settings in New York and Beijing.

Ailin draws from her experiences having worked within a biomedical hospital, where she saw the effective use of accupuncture when used to complement Western medicine. She has worked in departments of oncology and rehabilitation, as well as consulted with nurses, doctors and therapists to plan the best care for in- and out-patient services.

Irina Logman is a Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) who earned her master's degree from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in New York, where she graduated within the top 1% of her class. She is a Nationally Board Certified herbalist. Irina is also licensed as a Doctor of Acupuncture in the State of Rhode Island as well as an Acupuncture Physician in the State of Florida.

Irina received her B.S. in Health Sciences from Hunter College, majoring in Medical Laboratory Science with a concentration in hematology, pathology, cell and tissue culture analysis, and immunology. Her acute interest in these fields of training has contributed to her expertise in diagnosing and developing specific treatment plans for each patient's condition.

Pamela Yap, LAc, MSTOM

Pamela Yap is a Licensed Acupuncturist and holds a Master of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine (MSTOM) from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM). She is certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM) in acupuncture, moxibustion, and herbal therapy. She has treated patients in various settings and a wide range of cases, from pediatrics to pain management. Pamela has practiced at St. Vincent's Comprehensive Cancer Center and Lincoln Hospital's Psychiatry Department and also teaches Qigong, dietary therapy and meditation as essential components of well-being.

Marites Ganancial

Marites “Tess” is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of the office. Her responsibilities are wide and varied but her highest priority is to ensure that the patients receive the highest quality of care. She will ensure to meet with you and explain in detail about billing and insurance. Tess has extensive experience in the medical field. She is trained as a medical and chiropractic assistant to perform initial consultations, vital signs and some physiotherapy applications. She received her BA in Family and Consumer Science with a Concentration on Food and Nutrition from Queens College, 2012. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer and a member of the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Outside of work, she is a Licensed Zumba Instructor and a Pound Pro. She is currently studying to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
